Jefferson City Auto Repair

I originally tried to go to Nissan in Jeff and the guys in service were rude and dismissive. So I found the auto shop and I'm glad I did!! They're amazing ! I predominantly worked with Daniel on the phone. He was very informative and very kind. The service and treatment I recieved from the Auto shop was wonderful! Thank you guys so much!

Great shop for import cars. Fast service updates technology to make repairs to your vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable about repairs and maintenance of the vehicle. I will use again and will recommend.

Cody and Danny were awesome and very helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was going to run great while maintaining a frankness and honesty about what my vehicle needed and what could wait. High quality service by some really high quality people.

I needed a second opinion on car repairs. They found some simple stuff that was missed and saved me from some major repairs and some things that I was told by another that I needed that wasnt accurate. They fixed it up for less than expected and gave me a very detailed and thorough analysis of the condition of my car. It was above and beyound what I expected and have not experienced at other shops. I will be going back when I need repairs.

I got an oil change here, and Cody was absolutely amazing. He was very personable and talked me through everything that was going to be done to my car. I was provided with a full report with photos of my car as well as a list of everything coming up my car needs. I didn't feel pressured at all, which I really appreciate, and my car is running great! I was able to drop it off, get a ride home, and a ride back to my car also! Which was very convenient. Cody also explained how they offer after hours pick up as well, so they really work around every schedule. As an extra bonus there was a nice little thank you package in my car when I got in, it really added that extra touch for me! I will be returning!

I work at an out of market service center. When one of my good customers had issues away from home I directed her to The Auto Shop because I know the owners, service advisors and technicians would take great care of her. The folks at The Auto Shop didn't disappoint and my customer had nothing but positive things to say. A special thanks for helping out in a pinch!

Comprehensive report with pics and video was wonderful and they were able to get me all squared away in a very fast turnaround so I could continue in my travels. Very friendly and professional staff as well. Would highly recommend to anyone to use them!
