I very much appreciated the service I received at The Auto Shop. I needed a safety inspection and a few items came up that red flagged. They were straightforward with their prices, gave me photos of all the issues, and I didn't feel like they were trying to inflate the work needed. During the work they found an unexpected issue, and they helped me find the most cost effective way to fix the issue and saved me a ton of money on having to replace the part completely. The whole time while working with them, they were very professional, and worked with me to meet any concerns I had. Vehicle problems can always be frustrating, but Daniel and The Auto Shop provided great customer service, and I am not sure I've ever had a better interaction with another shop anywhere. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We recently found a car for someone with not a lot of money and had it inspected at the dealership of the brand of vehicle it was. They found something wrong the way the battery was wired and the dealership was not able to get to it. We needed the car that day. I went to several shops and finally went to the Auto Shop the tech came out and looked at it and looked at the kind of battery and he spoke to the mechanic and he had a break and said he could do it now. While he was working on the battery issue he also looked at the rest of the car. He was very through and they kept me up to date on everything they were doing. The knowledge was amazing and they made me feel very confident in what they said. I would highly recommend them.

Danny took care of getting my car in and told me what needed to be done. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and I will be back as soon as I need to be. Both our cars have been here, and now it is our only place to go. All the employees I have met there are friendly and very professional.
