The Auto Shop is the only place I’ll do business from here on out. After so much trouble trying to find a reliable shop, let alone one to work on my diesel car, these guys got me in fast. They were able to diagnose the issues with my car and Bryan kept me completely up to date with everything and was always asking me for permission before going ahead with any repairs or issues they felt needed to be addressed. And when it turned into one thing after another, they worked with me on the price. Plus they cleaned my car inside and out. Huge thank you to the mechanics for putting in so much work on my Audi! I can’t rave enough about how good they are!

Customer service was outstanding!! I gave them a call the morning of to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was looking at that same day. I felt they went above and beyond to work their schedule and get me in. They had a window to their maintenance floor so I was able to watch the mechanic work and, from what I saw, they conducted a thorough inspection. Took around an hour and a half to complete. Once the inspection was done they walked me through the breakdown line by line on what they inspected and what their recommendation was. What they found was minimal and their opinion was it's a good car in good standing. I ended up buying the car and it's been a month since then with no problems. If you're looking to have a pre-purchase inspection done I highly recommend The Auto Shop! They were fantastic and took great care of me!!

Very easy to work with, gave me pricing up front and asked permission before performing any extra work. They knew I was a DYI home mechanic and told me about other issues that I should fix myself to save some money. Will definetly come back again.
