Coming to The Auto Shop has always been a pleasant experience, especially when compared to going to the dealer in Columbia! The staff is very accommodating, always friendly and very knowledgeable. The front office, waiting area and bathrooms are very clean, probably the nicest in an auto repair shop I’ve ever seen. They take pride in their service and appearance. Highly recommend going there if you need car service and or repairs.

Bryan was so helpful through the entire process. I had a coolant leak from my water pump and needed the water pump replaced. It’s a pricey fix but they assured me that “if I work with them, they’ll work with me.” All of October they did a breast cancer research fundraiser event, which is just amazing. Excellent customer service, great shop overall. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I had a lot of work done on my Jeep Renegade and I really appreciate the level of communication. I’ve never taken my car somewhere they actually send you pictures of what they find along with detailed descriptions of what you need to have done, why, and what can wait if need be. Everyone I talked to was very friendly too. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I absolutely love this Auto shop, everyone was very personable they really care and not just trying to rip you off. Let's get into the shop itself very comfortable and clean, love the waiting area they have drink and snacks, they even rides! I went during their breast cancer awareness special on brakes for breast where they offer free parts for breaks you pay labor, I love that especially as a breast cancer survivor! They took really good care of me and I'm now sold! They will be my number one choice for all my car needs! Big shout out to the owner and his wife! Your staff and company are amazing!

Excellent shop. Best around in my opinion. Always friendly and upfront. No surprises and they stand behind their work. Anyone can work on cars but not everyone does it well and gives a great experience to the client as well. Highly recommend.
