I have taken all my vehicles to the dealership forever until now. Christmas 2023 a problem with my Ford Taurus needed to be fixed. The dealership under new management failed to accommodate me at the time. The Auto shop took my vehicle in addressed and fixed the problem. I needed a repair in a time of year where everybody is busy, and they came through. Auto Shop was honest, fast, and thorough. The shop is clean, and all the employees are helpful and professional. They are not cheap but fair. They are reliable, honest, and a true value when you need help. Dave Crawferd (owner) and staff will give you the expertise, advise, and plan to address your vehicle issues. I have lived in Jefferson City since 1963 and the Auto shop is #1 for auto repair.! Workmanship, Honesty, value, Customer service 100%.!!!
