Called to do an alignment. Dropped car off at 8am. (Power steering wasn’t working, just needed belt and sensor.) They did an inspection instead (without asking), and got a text with the info at 1:30pm. Charged me for the inspection. Called at 2pm and they didn’t do the alignment. Said they’d pick me up in 30 mins. I twice called at 4pm. No one picked up. My mom dropped me off and they charged me for the inspection. Replaced belt and sensor AND rear brake pads (they said one was sticking.) Came back for an alignment and they did a courtesy inspection and alignment. They said my brake pads were still bad. I just replaced them. Charged me $200 for the alignment, and my toe was a little off. Asked about brake pads, he said he’d ask the mechanic. Mechanic was at lunch, he said he’d ask them and shoot me a text. Never received it.

Bryan was so polite and kind to me throughout my whole experience. I am not from Missouri. Bryan was able to get my vehicle into the shop, and back on the road- all within a few hours! Could not have asked for a better shop, especially being new to the area! Highly recommend this efficient team!

I always have a good experience with Danny and the people who take care of my car.🚗 I don’t like having to pay for repairs but they keep me safe with good tires and whatever is needed! They are always friendly and helpful!
