I came to The Auto Shop in Jefferson City with a significant warranty claim when my pickup ate a valve train, and the jerks at McGrath Dodge in Fulton closed their doors without warning and left me high and dry. The guys at The Auto Shop were professional, patient, responsive, and worked with the warranty company to get everything they could covered. Not only did they fix my truck, but they took the time to make sure I was informed about the process, and I felt confident in their skills and knowledge. I dont often leave google reviews, but they deserve all five stars.

These guys are really committed to their work and customer service. We had a few slight miscommunications/bumps in the road but they didn’t hesitate to go way above and beyond to make it right for me. Even gave me a little goody bag of some candy! Thank you guys so much!

I took my car in for a diagnostic and it was a more costly repair needed than anticipated and more involved. Chris kept me well informed and worked with my timeline and budget to get me back on the road. They got my car finished a day early and for less than originally estimated. They really made a stressful situation so much smoother. Chris was extremely understanding and helped me come up with a game plan for that repair and some others I'll need in the near future. I will absolutely continue to bring my car here for repairs and maintenance. That was my first time ever using this shop and I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, understanding, and respect. Thanks for everything you guys do!
