I originally had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was prompt, courteous, and went the extra mile by offering a ride to and from my drop-off. The driver was professional and friendly. They also provided detailed photos and videos of their findings, explained the issue thoroughly, and allowed me time to make a decision without pressure. Initially, I had concerns about pricing transparency, as the final diagnostic cost was higher than the quote I received over the phone, and I was charged for fluids without my reservoir being topped off. However, the owner personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and even offered to reimburse more than the additional cost I had to cover. More importantly, he genuinely wanted feedback on how they could improve, showing a level of customer care that stands out. That level of accountability and effort to make things right speaks volumes. Because of that, I’m updating my rating to 5 stars. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference, and they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be back.
