Service advisor, Ross, provided excellent customer service & a speedy repair on our F150 when we picked up a nail & needed the tire patched. We are new to town, own a Ford, so initially went to the local Ford dlr. They ask us to leave it & they would try to work it in. 30 hrs later we call Ford & were told they could not get to it. That's when we found The Auto Shop & Ross. Within 3 hrs of leaving the truck with Ross, it was done & they performed a health assessment as well. We will be getting our services done at THE AUTO SHOP & asking for Ross. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

I would definitely recommend. Everyone I talked to was very nice and explained everything very well. The problems with my car were communicated through texts including pictures. They were very fast and my car is driving like new again.
