Great work, fast service, personable employees! Come in a work with Kelly Crawford, she will hook you and your car up! Can't hate a shop that gives warranty on parts and labor up to 3 years/36,000 miles. They are so great even a superhero would call them his heros. As Batman or not, they will treat you integrity and professionalism. You might even have fun hanging out talking with them.

Absolutely amazing service. If I call or come in to the shop they treat me like we have known each other for years. Always explains things well to me and overall just takes fantastic care of me and my car. I no longer dread taking my car to a auto shop!

Bottom line, I'm stationed 12 hours away from Jefferson City and The Auto Shop is the ONLY place I take my vehicles (BMW Sedan and Toyota Prerunner) for service. I'm a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army Special Forces (The "Green Berets").. to say I'm "particular" about my equipment and vehicles is a severe understatement. This shop is compromised of professionals through and through; they are true masters of their trade. I trust the diagnosis, recommendations and pricing. Once again, well done people, stand tall!

Great service! Offered rides to and from shop, called to confirm work before the started. Got my engine work done in a single day!!! Showed me the bad part and offered to let me talk to the technician when I came to pick up my truck.

VW Jetta Great experiance! We all hate getting repairs done to our vehicles the money and time all of it is a hassle. But The Auto Shop made it a somewhat better experience because to be honest unless someone does it all for free there is always going to be bad parts lol. After the initial inspection for the things I needed looked at they sent a text with a link to my car and all of the issues good and bad that they found. I thought I was going to need 4 tires they said only 2 that was great. I needed an oil change they sent back pics of the air filters that needed changed. There were videos and explinations for everything good and bad. The only thing I needed fixed that they could not find an answer for was my ac. They checked every thing out so it boiled down to a computer problem and they were honest and said they could not fix it. I was sure I was going to have to replace the whole thing. They could have milked me for a lot more money but they didn't and that means a lot.

My car broke down on my way to st. Charles mo. The owners were so kind. They offered me free coffee and water amd snacks with a phone charger. They had a comfortable waiting room and they determined my cars.issue immediately. Even though their lot was full of cars. They gave me a ride to and f rom the mall and checked on me while i gathered my belongings. Aaa plus for customer service. Best car service i have ever had.

Really friendly and professional staff. However, I made an appointment and told them what was wrong but I only got as far as paying $50 to diagnose the issue I had already diagnosed and told them about on the phone when I made the appointment. Then, they didn't even have time to fix the problem and needed me to come back in two days. They had the part to fix it but not the time (1-2 hours). Wouldn't that be something to say on the phone when I made the appointment? I understand that auto shops must diagnose problems on their own but knowing they wouldn't have the time to fix the problem should be made clear before they let me schedule an apointment and pay $50. They clearly took advantage of me and pocketed 50 easy dollars.

As a mechanic my self it's hard to find time and motivation to fix my own daily driver. I go to Dan as he is knowledgeable, has premier update equipment, and fair prices.
