Great service!!! I was in a rush, they had my truck in and out within 1 hour. They even offered to give me a ride to the restaurant I was gonna eat lunch at while I waited. 5 stars all the way around!!

I went to another auto repair shop, coupons in hand, for a oil change and fuel system cleaning. To my surprise, my water pump went out right then and there. The price quoted was outrageous, so I began my search for good reviews in Jefferson City and the first place I called was The Auto Shop. Service was great from the get go. Prices were compatible with "most" places and the service was friendly and professional throughout my experience. I highly recommend The Auto Shop to all of my fellow Jeff Citians!

Fantastic service! Danny and his crew fixed my vehicle on short-notice and didn't treat me like an unknowledgeable damsel. Communicated with me before beginning any of their work and now my car rides as smooth as when I first bought it! I can't thank you enough for your excellent service; glad to be a new customer!
